Leasing Agent Location Green Bay, WI :

SUMMARY

The Leasing Agent will reward your people skills, sales experience, high energy, positive attitude and performance based achievement. The Leasing Agent strives for 100% occupancy through retention of existing residents, leasing current availability and pre-leasing of future availability. The Leasing Agent will quickly understand the needs of our customer and direct them towards to the most applicable housing solution at the property, a luxury apartment building.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

● Strategically caters each sales interaction (using location, building/unit amenities, etc.) to target customer's preferences.

● Manage and continuously respond to incoming inquiries, online, and phone generated leads. Schedule prospects a tour of the property, virtually or in person.

● Implement creative sales techniques and relationship building with prospects to achieve high occupancy, meet leasing goals, and encourage resident retention. Quick and accurate responses to prospective residents.

● Stays abreast of competitor performance and offerings through conscientious monthly market survey completion.

● Responsible for outreach marketing implementation as directed.

● Assist in processing all move-in applications and communing lease details.

● Creates a positive, welcoming, supportive environment for co-workers, residents, visitors, and property associates.

● Treats all interactions with residents (prospective/current), visitors, and employees as an opportunity to promote the property and brand.

● Promptly following up with customers after initial interaction and answering questions, leading to the consummation of a signed lease.

● Participate in and assist with planning community events.

● Complete maintenance call backs and complete outstanding work orders in Appfolio software.

● Maintain cleanliness of the tour path to ensure for a positive first impression of the community.

● Assist with various additional community projects as assigned by the Community Manager.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

● High school diploma (or equivalent education) required.● 1-2 years of Leasing experience is strongly preferred.● Excellent time management, organizational, and written skills.

● Good human relation skills demonstrating the ability to deal with residents, peers, and supervisors. Enthusiasm, good (positive) attitude, trustworthiness, personal integrity and honesty.● Able to work in fast-paced environment while remaining conscientious and customer focused.● Knowledge of computer software specifically Microsoft Office suite and online media such as

Facebook, Instagram, ect. Ability to learn property management software (Appfolio) quickly.

Must have a valid drivers license and pass a criminal background check.

Weekend coverage will be required.

$19-$22 per hour, compensation based on experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
