What You’ll Do:
• Meet with pre-qualified sellers across North County and guide them through pricing, prep, and listing strategy
• Host open houses, show properties, and serve buyers and sellers with professionalism
• Use proven scripts and our CRM to stay organized, follow up, and build your pipeline
• Collaborate with a high-performance team that values growth, execution, and impact

• Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate qualified leads
• Seek out potential homebuyers and provide them with information on available properties that meet their needs and budget
• Compile representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for homebuyers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experience
• Be the main point of contact between buyer and seller to ensure a successful sale
• Have open houses to build relationships with prospective homebuyers and introduce them to their local real estate market
• Manage leads, past clients, referrals, and sphere of influence to convert appointments to signed contracts at a high level
• Practice and follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections
• Manage and grow personal database using CRM, organizing by groups and tags, following protocol for consistent digital, phone, and mail outreach
• Manage sales pipeline using the team’s CRM and other tools to ensure outreach and follow-up are targeted, efficient, and consistent
• Always act in the best interest of the client, skillfully negotiating each contract in order to achieve the best result possible for them
• Accurately track and report productivity and sales metrics
• Internalize and conversationalize evolving real estate trends in the local market, identified by the team leader
• Obtain and maintain an Indiana Real Estate license and MIBOR membership, and stay current on all associated dues/fees, as well as any continuing education requirements
• Keep a clean and well-maintained vehicle, an active driver’s license, and automobile liability insurance
• Understand and adhere to local, state, and federal laws regarding real estate brokerage services
Qualifications:
• Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferred
• Show a track record of real estate success
• High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market conditions and recent trends in the industry
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional listening skills
• High level of professionalism and integrity when interacting with leads, clients, sphere of influence, or other members of the team and brokerage
• Exceptional telephone and interpersonal communication skills. High level of responsiveness and urgency
• Ability to learn and internalize scripts and dialogues
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Results-oriented and goal-driven, with a proven ability to succeed
• Confident, humble, grateful, and learning and growth-oriented
• Team player who also thrives working independently
• Demonstrable record of sales success against quotas is preferred
