### About the Role:
We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Life Insurance Producers/Agents to join our team. In this role, you'll help individuals and families secure their financial future by providing tailored life insurance solutions. ### What You'll Do:
- Identify and connect with prospective clients to offer life insurance solutions.
- Educate clients on policy options, coverage benefits, and customized plans to fit their needs.
- Assist policyholders with policy updates, beneficiary changes, and renewals.
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and ongoing support.
- Stay informed on industry trends and continuously refine your sales approach.

### What We're Looking For:
✔ Must be at least 18 years old
✔ Eligible to work in the U.S.
✔ Able to pass a background check
✔ Strong communication and customer service skills
✔ Self-motivated with a passion for helping others

### Compensation:
Earn between $3,000 - $8,000 per month based on performance.
