We're looking for a **Customer Service Specialist - Sea Freight** to join our client's team and play a pivotal role in managing customer relationships and coordinating international shipments.
**What You'll Do**
As a key member of our client's sea freight operations, you'll:
+ Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries across phone, email, and internal systems.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve shipping issues quickly and effectively, including escalations and exceptions.
+ Coordinate closely with internal departments-sales, operations, customs brokerage, and logistics-to deliver end-to-end customer satisfaction.
+ Provide shipping quotes, monitor cost versus revenue, and assist with customer reporting needs.
+ Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in our service and freight management systems.
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to support repeat business and long-term success.
**What You Bring**
+ **1+ years of experience in sea freight forwarding** (LCL/FCL, imports and exports).
+ **1+ years of customer service experience** in a logistics or transportation setting.
+ Solid understanding of **international shipping procedures** , **Incoterms** , and **customs clearance processes** .
+ Familiarity with **carrier booking** , **BL (Bill of Lading) preparation** , and **documentation requirements** .
+ Ability to manage **multiple shipments and deadlines** in a time-sensitive environment.
+ Proficiency in freight systems and tools (e.g., CargoWise, SAP, or similar TMS platforms is a plus).
+ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
+ Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
+ A collaborative mindset with the ability to work both independently and within cross-functional teams.

**Pay Details:** $24.00 to $27.00 per hour
