**Job Title: Logistics Operations Manager** **Location: Huntington Beach, Ca** **Job Type: Full-Time** **About the Role:** We are seeking an experienced **Logistics Coordinator** to oversee and coordinate the company's logistics operations, ensuring efficient and timely product and material delivery. This role will be responsible for developing strategies, negotiating with service providers, maintaining compliance with transportation regulations, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize logistics efficiency. **Key Responsibilities:** + Coordinate and oversee logistics operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products and materials. + Develop strategies for cost savings and improvements in domestic, international, and intercompany shipments. + Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with **3PL providers, brokers, forwarders, and vendors** . + Provide forecasting and sourcing capacity for **LTL, FTL, LCL, and FCL** transportation. + Ensure compliance with transportation and customs regulations, including **tariff codes, incoterms, AES/EEI filings, Free Trade Agreements, and Certificates of Origin** . + Work with the **Technical Department and global sites** to determine Harmonized Tariff Codes and submit requests for official rulings. + Collaborate with **Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Customer Service** to ensure seamless logistics coordination. + Audit transportation documentation and procedures, implementing solutions as needed. + Stay informed about **industry trends and best practices** in logistics management. + Support the **Shipping and Compliance Department** with additional duties as required. **Qualifications & Skills:** + **Bachelor's Degree** in a relevant field or equivalent work experience. + **Minimum of five years** of industry experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation. + Strong knowledge of **logistics operations, transportation regulations, and supply chain management** . + Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. + Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. + Proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)** . + Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive improvements. + Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. **Why Join Us?** + Competitive salary and benefits package. + Opportunity to work in a **dynamic, fast-paced** environment. + Collaborative and supportive company culture. + Growth and advancement opportunities.
