This role is for a Mainframe Developer with a strong emphasis on DB2, stored procedures, and CICS experience. The developer will be responsible for the full software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, coding, component testing, and assembly testing of applications. The position requires excellent communication skills and collaboration with business analysts, architects, and other team members. The developer will work on maintenance, enhancements, and new development, contributing technical expertise to the development and implementation of business/system requirements. Experience with database conversions is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:
- Attain a complete understanding of the Civil Case Management system and additional Judiciary applications.
- Develop and/or receive program specification requirements.
- Deliver new or modified programs.
- Successfully unit test and participate in system testing of programs with users.
- Develop supportive documentation.
- Collaborate and provide technical expertise to develop technical solutions.
- Work with Business Analysts, Application Architects, and other team members.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- 5+ years of experience in COBOL coding, testing, and debugging.
- 5+ years of experience with IBM OS/JCL (MVS).
- 5+ years of experience with IBM DB2.
- 5+ years of experience with stored procedures.
- 5+ years of experience with CICS, including coding, testing, and debugging.
- 5+ years of experience developing supportive documentation.
- 5+ years of experience in usability testing (participating in system testing with users).
- 5+ years of experience communicating and collaborating with internal and external groups.
- 5+ years of overall technical and IT experience.
- 4-year college degree or equivalent technical study.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- 5+ years of experience with IDMS to DB2 conversions.
- 5+ years of experience with IDMS/DC to CICS conversions.

- Hybrid work schedule: 2 days onsite, 3 days remote. No exceptions.
- Absences greater than two weeks require advance approval and contact information must be provided. Failure to return by the agreed-upon date may result in dismissal.
