We’re seeking a detail-oriented, self-motivated Marketing Administrative Assistant to join our cannabis marketing team. Ideal candidates will have a sharp eye for inconsistencies, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be confident in managing marketing platforms and campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Support: Assist with promotions, email blasts, and social media marketing.
• Platform Management:
  • Weedmaps: Update bios, menus, and banners; ensure visual and data accuracy.
  • Dutchie eCommerce & Backoffice: Maintain menu item accuracy, upload images, update product data.
  • Alpine Texting Platform: Create engaging text blasts, manage app notifications, resolve loyalty issues.
  • Canva: Create and optimize visual assets for promotions and menus.
• Quality Assurance: Audit menus, verify product info, and ensure content alignment.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing and cross-functional teams, implement feedback.

Required Skills & Tools:

• Must have experience with:
  • Dutchie Backoffice
  • Dutchie eCommerce
  • Weedmaps
  • Canva
• Willing to train on Alpine Texting Platform (Certification provided)

Preferred Experience & Knowledge

• Cannabis retail marketing experience
• Familiarity with CRM tools, Mailchimp, social media, and compliance in cannabis marketing
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Understanding of SEO, digital marketing analytics, and content scheduling tools
