Seeking an experienced Medical Office Manager to join our Behavioral Health Network. The Office Manager will oversee day-to-day operations at the Poughkeepsie Center supporting our staff and clients right to thrive through supervision of front desk operations and interaction with the individuals we serve.

Supervisor: Senior Office Manager
Location: Poughkeepsie Behavioral Health Center
Center Hours: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8:30am-5:30pm & Tuesday, Thursday 8:30am-7pm
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30am-5:30pm, coverage may be needed till 7pm on Tuesdays or Thursdays
Function:
The Office Manager will provide direct support to the front-end Office Specialists and the multi-disciplinary clinical team at the Behavioral Health Center. The daily work focuses on providing supervision for employees performing routine clerical work, such as checking clients in and out of the electronic health record (EHR), collecting copays, updating records, correspondence, and other general medical office duties. The Office Manager ensures that there is adequate office coverage available daily. This position reports directly to the Senior Office Manager.
