What You’ll Do

• Ensures all operations procedures are followed safely and effectively, identifies, and recommends needed changes to Manager on the standardized processes for the functional area.
• Guide workers in daily operations, and monitors to ensure a high degree of productivity, safety, service, and quality.
• Resolves workers relations issues that arise in assigned functional area.
• Monitor dock operation to ensure on time delivery of all customer orders with accuracy and quality.
• Responsible for safety throughout warehouse floor. Instill “safety first” mindset within group.
• Follow warehouse schedules and ensure shifts are adequately staffed.
• Evaluate warehouse needs for daily assignment of duties, adjustment resources as required.
• Oversee warehouse sanitation.
• Other duties as assigned by Manager.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Knowledge of food safety and quality assurance regulations, as well as inventory planning and supply chain management principles.
• Experience in financial management, including budgeting and implementing cost-saving strategies.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Physical Requirements
The physical requirements is that you must be able to carry, lift and/or move up to 60-80 pounds.
