**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Nurse Educator to join our oncology team. The Nurse Educator will be responsible for providing comprehensive education to all patients undergoing infusion and radiation oncology treatments. This role is crucial in ensuring patients understand their treatment plans, manage side effects, and maintain overall well-being throughout their cancer journey.
**Job Description** :
**Qualifications:**
+ **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) preferred.
+ **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience in oncology, with a focus on infusion and radiation treatments.
+ **Certification:** Oncology Nursing Certification (OCN) preferred.
+ **Skills:** Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in developing educational materials.

Pay Range is $83.27 to $109.07 / hour
_The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate's experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs.
