Join our leading healthcare team in Queens, NY as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) , specializing in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine . We are dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals and families in our community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages, including routine screenings, preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute illness treatment.
• Conduct medical assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians.
• Order tests, prescribe medications, perform minor procedures, and coordinate care with specialists.
• Foster strong, trusting patient-provider relationships through effective communication.
• Utilize EHR for documentation, prescriptions, and communication.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications:

• Master’s/Doctoral degree in Nursing (NP) or an accredited Physician Assistant program (PA).
• Active, unrestricted NP or PA license in New York.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in family/internal medicine (preferably in Queens).
• Strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and teamwork abilities.
• Proficient with EHR systems and committed to culturally competent care.
