Outside Sales Representative – High-Impact Growth Role We’re looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and driving meaningful business growth. In this role, you’ll lead the charge in identifying new prospects, presenting customized solutions, and building long-term client partnerships. You’ll operate independently while being backed by a collaborative team and proven systems—giving you the flexibility to manage your pipeline and the support to keep deals moving.   • Secure new deals and target buyers quickly, give them the information they need to envision our brand and close deals efficiently
  • Position us as the clear and obvious choice in our market through competitive analysis and product trends
  • Convert “no” into “yes” by identifying and resolving potential obstacles such as budget, timelines, shareholders, competition, and other pain points
  • Use your prospecting and follow-up skills with potential customers online, in-person, or on the phone to uncover potential upsells and new clients
  • Show our solution to prospects with sales presentations, negotiate deals, and obtain sales contract signatures
  • Complete daily sales routes and appointments
  • Join industry organizations and attend industry trade shows, expos, meetings, and other functions
  • Set up and attend one-on-one lunches, company presentations for clients, and fun outings
  • Working closely with the Business Development Executive to communicate customer feedback
  • Liaises with other members of the team to solve client problems

Qualifications:
  • Team-focused, organized, self-starter with an orientation towards service, detail, problem-solving, and deadlines
  • Exceptional negotiating, interpersonal, presentation, persuasion, and communication skills
  • 2 years of outside sales experience or related marketing experience
  • High school diploma required and some industry or product knowledge preferred
  • Ability to meet and exceed monthly quota in sales
  • Ability to show great communication skills
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, and Google Products
  • High energy level, sense of urgency, and results-driven
  • Competent in the use of CRM systems for managing prospects and customers
  • Ability to make a good first impression
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to assist and travel (drive) within the territory 100% of the time
  • Must currently live in the LA/OC area
  • Starting base salary depends on experience
  • Qualify for monthly commissions when sales goals are met
