Job Description

The Pharmacy Solutions Group of Ohio is currently recruiting for an Order Entry Supervisor.
PURPOSE/BELIEF STATEMENT
The Order Entry Supervisor is responsible for day-to-day supervision of all staff associated with data entry. The role will provide staff scheduling to ensure shift coverage and research and resolve escalated business service issues.
Job Responsibilities
Provide scheduling to support operational hours and ensure complete staff coverage across multiple shifts
Manage day to day work through utilization of dashboard and collaboration with pharmacy dispensing staff
Excellent skills with FrameworkLTC, Point Click Care, MatrixCare, and other business applications as needed
Generate standard reports for the functional area and track all employee performance for high volume transaction area
Oversee day to day employee performance
Provide functional advice and training to team members as needed
Effectively collaborate with all internal and external business partners
Follow all applicable government regulations including HIPAA
Other duties as deemed necessary
Qualifications/Experience Requirements
Minimum Required
Demonstrate core competencies of leadership, planning and execution, solution oriented, strong communication skills, collaborative business partner
Advanced to expert skills in Outlook/Excel/Word and able to effectively analyze data
Perform multiple tasks effectively
Able to work both independently and as part of a team
Able to lead a team
Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
Preferred
Prior experience in the long-term care industry
Prior experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting
PTCB National Certification
