Job Description: As a Plumbing Salesperson, your primary responsibility will be assisting homeowners with their plumbing needs by offering expert advice and recommending the right solutions for their homes. You'll work closely with customers to understand their concerns, provide product recommendations, and drive sales to meet individual and team goals. Key Responsibilities: * Consult with homeowners to understand their plumbing needs, concerns, and budget. * Offer expert advice on plumbing products, repairs, and upgrades. * Provide product demonstrations and explain features, benefits, and installation requirements. * Help customers choose the best solutions for their homes, including pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and more. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of plumbing products and services to effectively recommend solutions. * Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business. * Assist in estimating project costs and communicating timelines. * Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success. * Meet or exceed individual sales goals and contribute to team targets. Qualifications: * Previous sales experience, preferably in plumbing, home improvement, or a related field. * Knowledge of plumbing systems, products, and services is a plus but not required. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers. * Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make recommendations based on customer needs. * Goal-oriented and driven to meet sales targets. * Self-motivated with a strong work ethic. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if applicable).
