You'll work closely with customers to understand their concerns, provide product recommendations, and drive sales to meet individual and team goals. Key Responsibilities: * Consult with homeowners to understand their plumbing needs, concerns, and budget. * Offer expert advice on plumbing products, repairs, and upgrades. * Provide product demonstrations and explain features, benefits, and installation requirements. * Help customers choose the best solutions for their homes, including pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and more. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of plumbing products and services to effectively recommend solutions. * Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business. * Assist in estimating project costs and communicating timelines. * Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success. * Meet or exceed individual sales goals and contribute to team targets. Qualifications: * Previous sales experience, preferably in plumbing, home improvement, or a related field. * Knowledge of plumbing systems, products, and services is a plus but not required. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers. * Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make recommendations based on customer needs. * Goal-oriented and driven to meet sales targets. * Self-motivated with a strong work ethic. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if applicable).
