Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work  ON-SITE  with our client in Buffalo Grove, IL.  Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

• Assembles, tests, and packages electronic and mechanical products according to prescribed quality and production standards and by ISO procedures.
• Manufactures products using visual aids, written and verbal work instructions, and procedures.
• Moves parts and materials as needed to maintain an orderly material flow.
• Rotates between operations within a work cell and between departments. 
• Prepares work cell and department records.
• Notifies appropriate personnel if the process/method is out of compliance.
• Follows Directions and is open to change.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $18.38/ hr. 

Hours: 40 hrs/Week. (1st shift).

Length: Contract (12 months ).

Job Requirements

Required Skills / Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in electronic and mechanical assembly.
• Minimum 2 years of building experience.

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:

• Good Attitude.
• Worked in a fast-paced environment.
• Can Learn Quickly and repeat what was learned.
• Good attendance.
• Ability to function and contribute in a team environment.
• Basic computer skills.

Additional Information:

• Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
• Capable of using hand tools (screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches), electric and pneumatic power tools, and in-house developed product-specific tooling/fixtures, and able to lift to 25 lbs.
• Need Dependable Transportation.
• Be able to work on their feet.
• Can work by themselves or with others.
• They can work with their hands (Previous manufacturing, food service, working on cars).
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, push, pull, or a combination of all movement types as needed by and for the duration of the job assignment.
• In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
