Production Operator | Logan, UT

Nexeo is hiring Production Operators to join our overnight manufacturing team in Logan, UT. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a stable company producing high-quality electronic components in a clean, structured, and safety-focused environment.

As a Production Operator, you’ll be responsible for operating specialized manufacturing equipment, following detailed process instructions, and maintaining accurate production and traceability records. This role is ideal for detail-oriented, dependable individuals who are eager to learn and grow in the manufacturing and production industry. No prior experience is required — full training is provided!

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment including presses, kilns, tumblers, camber tools, microscopes, and screening equipment

• Perform production processes such as pressing, kiln operations, tumbling, cambering, cell sorting, packaging, and data entry

• Safely handle materials such as spray dry powders, setter plates, isopropyl alcohol, and cleaning supplies

• Follow work orders, process instructions, and specifications with accuracy

• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas in compliance with company standards

• Keep accurate production, scrap, and traceability records

• Ensure product quality through adherence to procedures and supervisor guidance

• Support the team with additional production-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous production or manufacturing experience preferred but not required — training provided

• Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions and process documentation

• Comfortable using a variety of tools, machines, and materials in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records

• Reliable attendance and willingness to work the overnight shift

Pay

$15.00 – $18.00 Per Hour

Schedule

Overnight Training: Monday – Friday | 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Day Shift (after training): Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
