Job Summary

Primary responsibilities will include, but not limited to, the overall inspection; quality and conformance of all products manufactured by Accumet Engineering, Inc. The manager shall be responsible for communication and follow through of all ISO procedures and standards and maintain consistency throughout the process. The Quality Manager will also be responsible for managing and directing the quality inspectors.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining the quality systems to ISO and AS standards
• ISO 9001/AS9100 Aerospace Representative
• Oversee product inspection and testing for quality and conformance to specifications and deliverables
• Developing a workflow for product quality assurance activities and create audit reports
• Conduct Risk assessments Meetings with departments where necessary
• Lead the Quality department
• Identify new opportunities to continuously improve quality, cost, and time factors

Minimum Requirements  

• 10-15 Years of QA experience in machine/job shop environment
• Blueprint reading
• AS 9100 FAI Inspection support
• Deep knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools
• Computer skills, including database management
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in best practices for testing, version control, and detect management.
