Join Our Innovative R&D Team as an R&D Scientist – Protein & Analytical Chemistry

Are you passionate about pushing the boundaries of scientific discovery? We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented R&D Scientist to join our dynamic team in Slough, UK. In this pivotal role, you'll contribute to cutting-edge research in protein analysis and analytical techniques, supporting exciting projects that drive innovation in biotech and pharmaceutical development. What You'll Need:

A BSc degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or a related scientific discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
Practical knowledge of main analytical techniques used in protein analysis, including HPLC (size exclusion), electrophoresis (CE SDS, icIEF).
Experience with LC-MS/MS methods for Proteomics, Metabolomics, or Lipidomics is a plus.
Strong laboratory skills with the ability to perform experiments independently and interpret data effectively.
Excellent communication skills for reporting results and collaborating with team members.
A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.

Nice to Have Skills:

Prior experience working in a regulated or pharmaceutical laboratory setting.
Familiarity with electronic lab notebook systems.
Knowledge of assay development and validation processes.

Preferred Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field.
Entry-level to junior experience, with a keen interest in protein analytics and method development.
Previous exposure to analytical development or sample analysis is advantageous.

Other Requirements:

Availability to start ASAP.
This position is fully on-site in Slough, UK.
Ability to work efficiently within a matrix organizational structure supporting multiple projects.
