Job Description

Requisitos:
  • Grado Asociado en Administración de Oficinas o al menos 2 años de estudios universitarios.
  • Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en funciones similares.
  • Dominio de español e inglés (oral y escrito).
  • Conocimiento práctico de Microsoft Outlook, Word y Excel.
  • Habilidad para manejar múltiples tareas y seguir instrucciones.
  • Buena comunicación, trato profesional y enfoque en el servicio al cliente.
  • Disponibilidad para turnos flexibles, incluyendo fines de semana o feriados si es requerido.
Responsabilidades principales:
  • Contestar y canalizar llamadas telefónicas.
  • Recibir y orientar visitantes.
  • Registrar visitas y manejar entrada a estacionamientos.
  • Recibir correspondencia y canalizarla según indicado.
  • Apoyar en tareas de oficina como preparar café, asistir en actividades internas y redactar documentos simples.
  • Colaborar con otras áreas según necesidad.
