Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow revenue across assigned U.S. regions. The ideal candidate will come from a B2B SaaS or Hospitality Technology (Hotel Tech) background and have a proven track record of managing sales teams, driving regional targets, and scaling recurring revenue in enterprise hospitality markets.

This role requires strong leadership, analytical capability, and hands-on ownership of pipeline, forecasting, and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver regional revenue targets , including MRR growth and pipeline health
  • Lead, mentor, and manage BDM and Telesales teams to achieve sales objectives
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with business goals
  • Drive enterprise hotel and hospitality tech sales across the U.S. market
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance, forecasts, pipeline metrics, and revenue trends
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Leadership teams
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, track opportunities and deal progression
  • Travel frequently across assigned regions to meet clients and support team performance

Mandatory Requirements

  • Native U.S. candidates only
  • 5 10 years of sales experience in B2B SaaS or Hospitality Technology (Hotel Tech)
  • Strong experience managing inside sales, BDMs, and telesales teams
  • Proven ownership of regional sales targets, forecasting, and pipeline management
  • Strong understanding of the U.S. hospitality and enterprise hotel market
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Willingness to travel frequently across U.S. regions
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills for revenue analysis and performance tracking
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
