As a Tech Lead, you will spearhead a talented engineering team focused on developing scalable, high-quality software solutions. You will combine hands-on coding expertise with strong leadership skills to guide projects from design through deployment, driving innovation and ensuring best engineering practices across the board.
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative and growth-focused environment.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliverables.
Architect, design, and develop scalable software solutions aligned with business goals.
Review code and ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.
Drive continuous improvement in development processes, automation, and testing.
Monitor team performance and help unblock technical challenges.
Participate in hiring and onboarding new engineering talent.
Stay current with emerging technologies and evaluate their potential impact.
Proven experience as a software engineer with progressive leadership or team lead responsibilities.
Experience building SaaS applications.
Strong proficiency in Go.
Willingness to learn Node.js.
Experience with relational databases (preferably MySQL).
Experience with NoSQL databases (preferably Elastic).
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Passion for mentoring and developing engineering talent.
