Job Description

Summary:

• Assists Residents with all daily life functions (ADL' s hygiene, bathing, dressing, grooming, ambulating, etc.) in a friendly and courtesy manner, ensuring dignity and respect by using techniques learned in training to minimize Resident stress and maximize cooperation through dignity and empathy.
• Ensures staff follow through is the same in absence of a Director.
• Provides assistance and support to other RSA's to ensure task completion and teamwork.
• Completes documentation clearly and accurately in Resident records and MoveN.

Requirements:

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience preferred but will train.
• This position is 3-11p. Part-time and Full time
• Every other weekend availability.
