We are seeking a SailPoint Engineer / Analyst to design, implement, and support Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions using SailPoint. This role blends hands-on engineering with business analysis to ensure secure, compliant, and efficient identity lifecycle management across the organization.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, configure, and support SailPoint IGA solutions (IdentityIQ / IdentityNow)
Analyze business and security requirements and translate them into IAM solutions
Implement identity lifecycle processes including joiner, mover, and leaver (JML)
Configure access request workflows, approvals, and certifications
Develop and maintain connectors and integrations with target systems
Support role modeling, entitlement management, and access policies
Perform troubleshooting, upgrades, and performance tuning
Assist with audits, compliance reporting, and access reviews
Collaborate with security, IT, and business stakeholders
Create and maintain technical and functional documentation
Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or IdentityNow
Strong understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) concepts
Experience with access certifications, provisioning, and role-based access control (RBAC)
Knowledge of LDAP, Active Directory, Azure AD , and other identity sources
Scripting experience (Java, BeanShell, PowerShell, or similar)
Familiarity with REST APIs and web services
Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
