We are seeking a dynamic Producing Sales Manager to join our clients team, with expertise in both staffing and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO). The ideal candidate will drive sales growth, manage client relationships, and lead a small team of 3-4 sales representatives. This role combines hands-on sales responsibilities with leadership and strategic oversight to expand our market presence in Western New York.
Sales Leadership :
Actively generate new business through direct sales efforts in staffing and RPO services.
Identify and pursue new client opportunities, building a robust pipeline to meet or exceed sales targets.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
Team Management :
Oversee and mentor a team of 3-4 sales representatives, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Set team goals, monitor performance, and provide coaching to drive individual and team success.
Collaborate with HR and leadership to recruit, onboard, and train new team members as needed.
Strategic Planning :
Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market share in the staffing and RPO sectors.
Analyze market trends and client needs to tailor solutions that align with company offerings.
Client Engagement :
Deliver customized staffing and RPO solutions to clients, ensuring alignment with their business objectives.
Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and recommendations to enhance client recruitment processes.
Performance Metrics :
Achieve personal and team sales quotas, contributing to overall company revenue goals.
Track and report on sales activities, pipeline progress, and team performance using CRM tools.
Required :
Proven experience in staffing and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) sales.
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel within Western New York as needed.
Preferred :
Prior management or team leadership experience is a plus but not required.
Familiarity with the Western New York market, particularly Rochester and Buffalo.
Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for sales tracking and reporting.
