Work You'll Do As a US Delivery Center Senior Solution Specialist on the team, you will: + Conduct assessments of current SAP system, Architecture and Design the SAP System landscape + SAP Applications installation, configuration and integrations + SAP HANA DB installation, configuration and tuning + Deployment of SAP applications on Gov & Commercial Public Cloud infrastructure and support + Integration of SAP on-premise application with SAP Public Cloud SaaS solutions + May lead work streams, as well as review and direct the work of more junior staff The Team Deloitte's Government & Public Services (GPS) practice - our people, ideas, technology and outcomes - is designed for impact. Qualifications Required: + Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline + Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future + Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role (DHS Public Trust) + 8+ years of experience implementing SAP projects including S/4 HANA implementations with Fiori deployments and BTP with on-premise SAP deployments + At least 1-2 full lifecycle implementation of S/4HANA with Fiori deployments + 5+ years of experience working on SAP, S4HANA deployments on Cloud platforms AWS or GCP or Azure including HA and DR setup for HANA system and other databases + Delivery Center Location & Travel Requirements: + Hybrid Work Model: Operate under a hybrid system requiring residence within a commutable distance to one of the US Delivery Center locations (Gilbert, Lake Mary, or Mechanicsburg) or Geo-Hub locations (Atlanta, Charlotte, Dallas, Houston, and Philadelphia) + Co-location Expectation: Spend up to 30% of working time co-located at an assigned office for orchestrated opportunities, including projects, practice sessions, training, and Moments That Matter at a Deloitte Delivery Center location, Geo-Hub location, approved site, or project location + Travel Requirement: Maximum of 10% overnight travel for client or project purposes Preferred: + Consulting background in providing both technical delivery and advisory services in a senior role + Excellent track record of delivering SAP installation, upgrades, migrations and other Basis related projects + Excellent communication skills and ability to build 'Trusted Adviser' relationships + SAP HANA, SAP OS/DB Migration SAP Certification is a plus + SAP S/4HANA on Cloud deployments or migrations is a plus Information for applicants with a need for accommodation: All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability or protected veteran status, or any other legally protected basis, in accordance with applicable law.
