One of our clients, an entertainment industry innovator that has doubled in size over the past few years, is seeking a Senior Accountant for its growing team. Hybrid after training and located by the Spence Lane area of Nashville. Excellent benefits, including 4 weeks of PTO, 5% 401k match, and profit sharing. This role is hybrid after training. Salary is up to $85,000. This company promotes professional development and covers the costs of continuing education and certifications. Permanent direct hire.

Responsibilities Of The Senior Accountant

• The Senior Accountant performs accounting for eCommerce, touring, and retail merchandise in QuickBooks.
• Performs month-end journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and ensures proper revenue and expense recognition.
• Assist with budget and monthly financial reporting.
• Performing fiscal year-end close activities and assisting with activities and requirements of external auditors.
• Communicating regularly with the CFO and internal stakeholders.
• Managing select administration activities for sales and use tax and income tax registrations.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications For The Senior Accountant

• Two plus years of accounting experience
