What You’ll Do

This isn’t your typical “heads-down” accounting role—you’ll be at the center of the company’s financial operations, ensuring accuracy while driving insights. You’ll:

• Own the general ledger and trial balances across multiple entities.
• Stay on top of bank reconciliations and provide the daily cash position .
• Manage intercompany transactions and ensure accounts tie out each month.
• Keep the company on track with sales tax filings across multiple states.
• Prepare financial statements and lender reporting packages.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial projections that help leaders make smarter decisions.
• Be a key player in treasury activities , including cash flow planning and loan schedules.
• Jump in as needed to support A/P and A/R (we’re all about teamwork!).

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar (CPA or CMA = big plus).
• 3–7 years of hands-on accounting experience.
• Comfort working with multiple entities and complex reconciliations.
• A knack for digging into details without losing sight of the big picture.
• Advanced Excel skills and solid ERP experience (Dynamics AX users, we’d love you even more).
• Strong communicator who enjoys working cross-functionally and isn’t afraid to ask “why.”
