Salary: $100,000 - 135,000 per year Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering
• Over 8 years of HVAC industry experience, with in-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and applications, including lifecycle performance and sustainability principles
• Proven capability in conducting objective technical analysis and utilizing load analysis and energy modeling tools
• Active participation in professional organizations like ASHRAE, USGBC, ASHE, or AEE (preferred)
• Experience in consulting engineering (preferred)

• Support strategic initiatives that highlight Johnson Controls’ unique integrated systems offerings
• Create and deliver technical presentations for client meetings, training sessions, and industry conferences
• Author technical documents, articles, and manuals for established industry publications, including ASHRAE Journal, as well as internal technical resources
• Develop and update thorough system and application guides outlining best practices for design, installation, integration, commissioning, and lifecycle optimization of our equipment in HVAC systems
• Formulate detailed application guidelines for complex system setups, focusing on energy optimization, sustainability factors, and troubleshooting methods
• Investigate new technologies and system applications to bolster Johnson Controls’ technical capabilities and drive sustainable HVAC innovations
• Partner with engineering, product development, and marketing teams to fine-tune system-level design aspects and enhance overall performance
• Scrutinize technical documents for accuracy, clarity, and compliance with industry standards
• Represent Johnson Controls in industry committees (e.g., ASHRAE) to aid in standards creation and best practices formulation
