Synpulse USA Inc. seeks Senior Consultant -- Insurance in New York, NY, to play a vital role in further building up Synpulse USA's Insurance practice around digital transformation and operational excellence topics by making key contributions to business development, talent management, oversight of delivery work, and thought leadership. Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Risk Management, Risk Analytics, Risk Management and Insurance, or a related field and three (3) years of experience: working with management consulting, corporate strategy, enterprise architecture, business development, or management within an insurance firm; working with operating models in P&C Commercial Lines underwriting, claims, and billing functions; utilizing understanding of changes to underwriting, claims, and billing operating models to impact up-/down-stream functions; working on projects that upgrade insurance core admin platforms including policy, billing, and claims; working in stakeholder management; and utilizing SCRUM / Agile for projects, or UAT/Testing. In the alternative, the business will accept a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in one of the above listed fields and one (1) year of experience performing the above listed skills. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies. When not telecommuting, must report to work site. 10 % Travel required domestically/internationally.
