What You’ll Do

• Manage a full caseload of family law matters independently
• Collaborate with colleagues on complex cases and legal strategies
• Provide clients with exceptional representation rooted in skill, compassion, and integrity
• Contribute to a positive, respectful, and growth-focused workplace

Responsibilities:

• Manage family law cases from intake through resolution, including divorce, custody, child support, and related matters, with strong courtroom advocacy skills
• Develop and execute strategic case plans grounded in thorough legal research and analysis
• Draft clear, persuasive motions, pleadings, and supporting documents at all stages of litigation
• Represent clients confidently in depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials
• Maintain organized, accurate, and detailed legal documentation throughout each case
• Stay current on Georgia family law developments through ongoing research, CLEs, and professional growth

Qualifications:

• Communicate complex legal matters clearly and empathetically to clients with diverse levels of understanding
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, co-counsel, senior leadership, and support staff while upholding the highest ethical standards
• Efficiently track and manage billable hours to meet client expectations and case requirements
• Demonstrate proven expertise in Family Law
• Hold an active license to practice law in Georgia
• Exhibit strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
