As the Senior Stock Plan Administrator, you'll be the go-to expert for all things equity and deferred compensation. You'll manage the full lifecycle of AutoZone's stock plans-from grant setup to reporting-while collaborating with Legal, Finance, Payroll, and HR. You'll also serve as the primary liaison with our external brokers at Fidelity Investments and Computershare, ensuring seamless operations and accurate reporting. Your work will directly support executive compensation strategy and Board-level decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of AutoZone's stock plans, including processing exercises/distributions, adding new grants and plans, and coordinating with internal teams on plan design and reporting (60%)
  • Reconcile shares outstanding and prepare quarterly share-based expense reports (10%)
  • Prepare compensation tables and analysis for the annual Proxy Statement (15%)
  • Develop quarterly materials for the Board of Directors Compensation Committee (10%)
  • Support Store Support Center job offers and evaluations (5%)
  • Create communication materials to enhance understanding and engagement with stock plans

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5-7 Years in stock plan administration
  • Proficiency in Fidelity Plan Sponsor WebStation and Oracle HCM
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Advanced organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel and Word
