Job Overview

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests promptly and warmly
• Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system
• Deliver orders quickly and ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining area, and restocking stations
• Handle cash, credit card transactions, and receipts
• Communicate with kitchen staff on any modifications or special requests
• Provide excellent service in a fast-paced environment
• Upsell menu items and promote specials
• Prepare and serve a variety drinks and smoothies
• Follow recipes and presentation standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station
• Restock ingredients and supplies as needed
• Handle customer requests and modifications with attention to detail
• Operate espresso machines, blenders, and brewing equipment

Skills  

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized during rush hours
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Basic math and POS handling skills
• Positive attitude, reliability, and punctuality
• Previous experience as a server and/or barista preferred but not required
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
