Under the direction of the Director of Communications, the Signature Events Manager is responsible for implementing event strategic plans developed by program leadership to engage the law school's diverse internal and external audiences, including alumni, donors, friends, faculty, staff, volunteers, and the greater community. Implementation includes planning, coordination, and evaluation of signature events including, but not limited to, the Oregon Supreme Court visit, Frohnmayer Award for Public Service reception, Derrick Bell lecture, Alumni Fall Celebration, Oregon Law Students Public Interest Fund (OLSPIF) dinner and auction, and the Dean's Advisory Council (DAC) meetings and events. This position requires a flexible work schedule, including some evenings, weekends, and occasional travel. This position will also require a valid driver's license and the ability to obtain UO driver's certification.
