Technical Recruiter Responsibilities:
Own the full-cycle recruitment process for technology roles across a wide range of skillsets and levels
Partner closely with our Business Development team to understand client needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies
Source, screen, and interview top technical talent through a variety of channels including LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and networking
Provide consultative insight to clients and candidates on trends in the Nashville tech market
Help build LaSalle’s brand in the region by contributing to talent community events, thought leadership, and social content
Technical Recruiter Requirements:
1+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably in an agency or technical recruiting environment
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A goal-oriented mindset and track record of exceeding performance metrics
