Job Description

Elitecare Medical Staffing is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Travel Employee Health Associate for a contract position in San Luis Obispo, California. This role is primarily focused on supporting the Employee Health department by assisting in the organization and maintenance of employee health records.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in uploading and organizing employee health information into the electronic health record system.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee health records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Support the Employee Health team in various administrative tasks as needed.
• Respond to inquiries related to employee health documentation and processes.
• Collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure efficient workflow and accurate data entry.
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating employee health screenings and vaccinations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in healthcare administration or human resources preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
