Apple Autos is seeking a experienced and customer-focused Used Vehicle Service Advisor to join our team. As an Automotive Used Vehicle Service Advisor, you will be a key point of contact for maintaining and repairing vehicles for the lot. Excellent communication skills, automotive expertise, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service are essential for this position. What You’ll Do

• Welcome and assist customers with used vehicle service inquiries and appointments.
• Provide detailed estimates and explanations of service needs to Used vehicle department.
• Inspect and assess pre-owned vehicles, identifying necessary maintenance and repair work.
• Schedule and coordinate service appointments, ensuring timely delivery.
• Communicate effectively with the service department and technicians to prioritize and complete work.
• Keep the Used vehicle department and customers informed of service progress and advise on any additional work required.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of service transactions and customer interactions.

What You’ll Bring

• Previous experience as a service advisor in an automotive dealership, service center, or Quick Lane is a plus.
• Knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair procedures.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Organized, detail oriented, and able to multitask.
• Ability to work with outside vendors and coordination of multiple vehicle repairs.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software for record- keeping and communication purposes.
• Familiarity with pre-owned vehicle inspection and evaluation is a plus.
