Qualifications Required
- Associate degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of warehouse management experience, including at least 3 years in comprehensive overseas warehouse management.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken), capable of using English as a working language.
- Familiarity with local labor, safety, customs, and other relevant laws and regulations.
- Strong capabilities in team management, cost control, and process optimization.
Preferred
- Experience in cross-border e-commerce or foreign trade industry overseas warehouse management is preferred.
- Experience in large-scale logistics company overseas warehouse management is preferred.
- Knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or similar methodologies is preferred.
- Proficiency in using the Jifeng and N41 systems is preferred.
- Proficiency in Chinese is a plus.

Job Responsibilities
Daily Warehouse Operations Management
- Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and returns processing.
- Develop and execute daily operational plans to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Monitor on-site operational quality and continuously improve efficiency and accuracy across all processes.
- Manage warehouse 6S to maintain a clean, orderly, and safe working environment.
Inventory and Storage Management
- Establish and enforce inventory management systems to ensure consistency between system records and physical stock.
- Organize regular cycle counts and annual comprehensive inventory audits, analyze discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
- Optimize warehouse space utilization and storage layout to improve storage capacity and retrieval efficiency.
- Monitor inventory turnover, and collaborate with sales and planning departments to address slow-moving and defective goods.
Team Management and Development
- Responsible for recruiting, training, evaluating, and day-to-day management of the overseas warehouse team.
- Allocate tasks effectively, motivate team members, and develop key talents.
- Establish cross-cultural communication mechanisms to manage localized teams efficiently.
- Foster a safe, compliant, and positive team environment.
Cost and Performance Management
- Develop and control warehouse operational budgets, and effectively manage costs related to labor, materials, and supplies.
- Monitor and analyze warehouse KPIs (e.g., on-time order fulfillment rate, inventory accuracy rate, variance rate, labor productivity, etc.).
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and continuously improve warehouse operational efficiency.
- Negotiate with local logistics service providers to secure optimal terms and conditions.
System and Process Optimization
- Proficient in using the Jifeng and N41 systems, ensure data accuracy, and propose system improvements.
- Optimize warehouse workflows and standard operating procedures to enhance overall operational efficiency.
- Drive digital and information-based transformation in warehouse management and operations.
Compliance and Safety Management
- Ensure warehouse operations comply with local safety, fire, labor, environmental, and other relevant laws and regulations.
- Establish and implement warehouse safety management systems, and conduct regular safety training and drills.
- Act as the primary responsible person for warehouse safety, preventing and handling safety incidents and emergencies.
- Liaise and coordinate with local government agencies such as customs and labor departments.
