Description Regional law firm based in the San Francisco Bay Area is seeking a talented and motivated remote Associate Attorney on a part-time (20 hours per week) basis. As an Associate Attorney with this firm, you will join the Post Mergers and Acquisitions Dispute group supporting a Partner with large scale litigations. This is a remote position so candidates from around the US are encouraged to apply. This position is 20 hours per week with a flexible schedule across time zones. The ideal candidate thrives in an independent work environment, has a strong work ethic, and is passionate about civil litigation. Key Responsibilities: + Conduct legal research on a variety of matters related to post M& A disputes + Draft various documents including memorandum, motions, and briefs + Document review to issue spot as needed + Misc. overflow work as needed related to litigation matters Requirements Qualifications: + Licensed to practice law in any US jurisdiction + At least 3-7+ years of as a practicing civil litigator + Candidates with prior experience in Big Law are highly preferred + Strong legal research and writing skills using Westlaw and LexisNexis Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
