About The Role Technicians are responsible for providing a high-quality experience for all clients using Electrik Pros. They ensure that all installations, repairs, and maintenance are completed with high-quality care in commercial services. Technicians also ensure they provide an incredible customer experience by communicating any project updates or key findings to clients with utmost professionalism.
What You'll Do
- Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems in accordance with the National Electric Code.
- Run tests on electrical components to ensure a safe and effective installation.
- Inspect electrical systems and equipment for any damage, malfunctions, and safety hazards.
- Provide estimates to clients based on your findings.
- Communicate any issues to clients, and discuss payment options and scheduling.
- Record all payments and costs for company databases.
What You'll Need
- 3+ years of commercial electrical experience.
- Bonus if you've worked on public school projects before and have a valid state/county badge for schools that hasn't expired yet.
- Knowledge of current NEC as it relates to commercial electrical systems.
- Valid driver's license.
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
- Spanish verbal and written communication skills are an asset.
- Professionalism within the electrical service industry.
- Self-driven history and desire for advancement.
- Desire to go beyond expectations.
