Summary:
A large-scale enterprise is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile teams in delivering high-quality products through effective facilitation, coaching, and continuous improvement. The role involves managing Scrum ceremonies, mentoring teams, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance Agile maturity and team performance.

Responsibilities:
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement
Coach Agile teams and mentor junior Scrum Masters
Proactively remove impediments and improve team processes
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment
Track and report sprint progress and key performance metrics
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and Agile excellence
Promote Agile values and contribute to increasing organizational Agile maturity
Skills/Qualifications:
7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a large-scale enterprise environment
Strong leadership with both established and less experienced Agile teams
Proficient in Jira , Confluence , and PI Planning
Proven ability to drive process improvement and mentor Agile practices
Excellent communication skills in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
Demonstrated experience promoting Agile maturity and continuous value delivery
