  • Actively build your own book of business through 1-on-1 training and referrals
  • Network with local sports teams, schools, and fitness organizations
  • Represent D1 at community events and outreach initiatives
  • Promote our programs to new clients through education and relationship-building

A Day in the Life:

  • Morning coaching session with adult athletes on the turf and in the weight room
  • Midday 1-on-1 training with a college-bound athlete
  • Afternoon youth scholastic class focused on agility and power
  • Evening wrap-up with your team, reviewing wins and preparing for the next day
  • Message from a client who just hit a milestone—you helped make it happen

Qualifications:

Must-Haves:

  • Exceptional communication, motivation, and energy

Preferred:

  • Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field
  • Experience training high-level athletes (club, collegiate, or professional)
  • Existing relationships with local schools, teams, or athletic organizations

Key Traits for Success:

  • Character: High integrity, professionalism, and consistency
  • Coachability: Always learning, always growing—no ego, just excellence
  • Energy: You bring the juice. Every day. Every session.
  • Team Player: No “my clients” mindset—just “our athletes”
