Job Description We are looking for an IT Project Coordinator (infrastructure projects) working a hybrid schedule in Beverly Hills, CA. This resource helps to maintain the structure of IT infrastructure initiatives alongside owning some projects from end to end. They help to drive projects to completion and assist the project team, by identifying, risk and issues and tracking project plans. This person will be stepping into a team that has a lot of tech debt so we are looking for someone who is familiar with migrating to more modern tools and systems. Other responsibilities include · Manage Status of project portfolios using ASANA · Capturing risks and issues with projects · Gathering, analyzing and documenting requirements · Assessing feedback of projects through lessons learned · Supporting project managers with documentation, capturing actions and risks · Manage and coordinate IT Projects We are a company committed to creating inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
